Acqwaste Ltd is a specialist firm operating exclusively within the UK waste management sector. We do two things: we provide M&A advisory services to waste businesses, and we acquire waste companies — both on behalf of clients and for our own growing portfolio.

We are also executing our own buy & build strategy. By acquiring profitable, well-run waste management businesses and bringing them together into an integrated group, we are creating a scaled UK waste management platform with the operational depth and institutional capital backing to grow further.

Everything we do is rooted in deep sector knowledge, hands-on deal experience, and long-term thinking. We do not just advise on transactions — we complete them.

The Buy & Build Strategy

The UK waste management sector is consolidating rapidly — and we are active participants in that consolidation, not just observers. Our buy & build strategy involves identifying and acquiring profitable waste businesses across the UK, integrating them operationally, and building a group with the scale to compete at a higher level.

Acquisitions can be structured flexibly — with cash, deferred consideration, equity, or a combination — and we work closely with business owners through every stage of the process.

Our Advisory Practice

In parallel, we provide M&A advisory services to waste management businesses across the UK — advising on acquisitions, disposals, valuations, deal structuring, and strategic planning. Our advisory clients benefit from the same market intelligence and deal-making capability that drives our own investment activity.

This dual role gives us a uniquely informed perspective on the market — we understand it from the inside.
